Your information, handled for the order.

When you contact La Méchante, join a notify list, request catering, or place an order, we may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, delivery details, order selections, and any message you send us.

We use this information to respond to inquiries, prepare and fulfill orders, coordinate delivery, provide customer support, and operate the website. Payment details are processed by Square and are not stored directly by La Méchante through this website.

We may share limited information with service providers who help us run the business, including payment processing, website hosting, analytics, and operational communications. We do not sell personal information.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have sent us by contacting hello@lamechante.com. We may keep records when needed for bookkeeping, fraud prevention, operational follow-up, or legal compliance.

Use of the site and order requests.

By using this website, you agree to provide accurate contact and order information and to use the site only for lawful purposes. Product availability, pricing, delivery timing, and acceptance of any order remain subject to confirmation by La Méchante and, where applicable, by Square checkout.

Images and descriptions are intended to reflect the style and quality of the menu, but seasonal ingredients, presentation, and availability may change. Catering and custom orders may require additional confirmation regarding guest count, setup, location, and timing.

All text, photography, design elements, and branding on this site remain the property of La Méchante or their respective owners and may not be reused without permission.

Perishable products need notice.

La Méchante prepares perishable food products to order. Because ingredients are purchased and production begins specifically for each order, cancellations, modifications, and refunds may not be available once an order has been accepted, scheduled, or put into production.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact hello@lamechante.com as soon as possible. We will review the request based on timing, preparation status, and the nature of the order. Custom and catering orders may be subject to stricter cancellation conditions once sourcing or production has started.

If something is wrong with your order, contact us promptly with your order name, date, and a short description so we can review the issue and respond appropriately.

One kitchen, multiple ingredients.

Our kitchen handles ingredients including wheat, eggs, milk, fish, tree nuts, soy, mustard, pork, and chicken. While we can note dietary preferences and discuss adaptations, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of cross-contact.
